FIELD: computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves reading signals to be controlled and sending them to measurement device inputs performing measurement operations at the set time moments in concordance to signals coming from programming unit. The measured signal magnitude is evaluated in analyzer unit containing primary and secondary tolerance data related to parameter under measurement as input from the programming unit. The analyzer unit produces "Norm" or "No Norm" message sending it to display unit and then to a controlling object (operator or cybernetic device) carrying out complex system state control and sending command to the analyzer unit to evaluate system parameters according to primary tolerance level (within threatening period of complex system operation) or according to primary and secondary tolerance level (within the complex system operation period with no threatening).
