FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves recording blood pressure in equal heart chambers of patients and regional muscular blood circulation with cardiopulmonary baroreceptor reflex. Conclusions are drawn concerning cardiac insufficiency cases and their severity degree by considering the type of vasomotor response disorders (weakening, paradoxical vasodilatation). EFFECT: enabled quantitative evaluation of cardiac mechanoreceptor capability to modulate efferent sympathetic activity.
