METHOD FOR ATTACHMENT OF HINGED PANEL OF BUILDING FACING Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: civil engineering, in particular, process of arrangement of ventilated facing of buildings and structures. SUBSTANCE: method consists in attachment to the wall of at least two fasteners of the L-shaped metal member, having in the w-shaped in cross-section flange longitudinal guides in the form of a flange with the edges directed inside the flange, movement of the w-shaped in cross-section insert with an end plate for attachment section insert with an end plate for attachment section insert with an end plate for attachment of the hinged panel of the facing. The L-shaped metal member is made of two separately stamped parts combined by a welded joint- a flange and a strut, having a lower support U-shaped in cross-section part projecting below the flange level, and an upper part, having a U-shaped cross- section with a cut-out of ribs in location of the flange near the lower support U-shaped in section part, preferably enlarged to the point of formation of a hole in it for the fastener. The distance between the end faces in the cut-out of each rib does not exceed the height of the flange cross-section in the joint with the strut ribs. Prior to movement of the w-shaped in cross-section insert with an end plate installed in the longitudinal guides, preferably a leaf warmth- keeping jacket is fastened on the L-shaped flange of the metal member with the aid of a lock plate, and the facing hinged panel is shifted to the design position after its fixing on the end plate of the insert. EFFECT: enhanced adaptability to manufacture, reduced labor content, specific consumption of materials and cost, high operating characteristics. 4 cl, 1 dwg
