FIELD: radio communication engineering. SUBSTANCE: base station transmits first message to enter configuration of radio communication interface. Mobile station receives first message and responds to it by transmitting second message. Base station determines time moment of second message reception and correcting value taken therefrom which is used for synchronizing data transmission through radio communication interface. Synchronizing asynchronous burst transmission mode due to more efficient use of radio resources incorporated in radio communication interface provides for attaining ranges comparable with existing networks of shared mobile radio communications to implement asynchronous mode of wireless transmission.
