FIELD: analytical methods in medicine. SUBSTANCE: method consists in affecting test medium by reference reagent and recording physicochemical parameters, said reference reagent being a combination of (i) known substances close or similar by their nature, structure and/or composition to small test dose and (ii) antibodies to these compounds, whereas small test dose is potentiated by way of consecutive dilutions and external homeopathic treatment. Identification of small dose is accomplished by qualifying it as that known substance, reaction of which with a corresponding antibody on introducing potentiated form of small dose into reaction medium proceeds with variations recorded by immunochemical assay methods. EFFECT: increased analytical efficiency and reliability of determination.
