FIELD: combustion chambers of gas turbine plants or heating furnaces. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has central fuel nozzle and coaxial ring shells forming air feed channels furnished with vane swirlers pointed in different directions. Conical deflector is installed at outlet of each channel. Fuel feed holes of central nozzle are located under cut of conical deflectors. Outer shell is made in form of fuel header whose fuel feed holes are directed square to holes of central nozzle. Conical deflectors are installed for deflecting air streams from center to periphery. Areas of through sections of rows of vane channels pointed in different directions, as to direction from center to periphery, are in ratio of 1:2 or 5:4. Conical deflectors of air feed channels are installed so that areas of through sections of channel outlet part do not exceed areas of sections of vane swirlers. Proposed burner device makes it possible to control shape of flame and to form flat or distributed flame, depending on shape of combustion chamber within wide range of loads at low level of emission of harmful matter.
