FIELD: winemaking. SUBSTANCE: wine stock is demetallized according to known technique, limed, treated with activated carbon and bleaching agents, after which settled, filtered, and blended with wine solution of cellulose and extract of ingredients. Blend is clarified, filtered, and bottled. According to invention, clarified wine material, prior to be blended, is alcoholized to 18 vol %, settled during 20-30 days being periodically stirred, freed from sediment by filtration, cooled to -6-8 C, kept at this efficiency for 2-5 days and filtered in cold state. If necessary, after blending, material is further alcoholized to desired conditions, and, during blending, supplementary colored sugar is added. EFFECT: stabilized product. 3 cl, 2 ex
