FIELD: heat engineering, municipal management, metallurgical, construction engineering and other branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vertical cylindrical combustion chamber with feeder made in the form of pneumatic ejector and flue gas discharge branch pipe arranged in upper part of combustion chamber and bundle of perforated horizontal pipes arranged in lower part of combustion chamber and having blind end. Perforated pipes are rigidly fixed in gas-distributing collector and dipped into inert filler of 0.1-2.0 mm fraction. Gas-distributing collector is axially aligned with combustion chamber walls and is composed of two parts - immovable part joined to bottom and movable part mounted for rotation on drive output shaft. Pipes are radially mounted on movable part of gas-distributing collector. Pipe perforations are formed single-sided and direction thereof coincides with that of shaft rotation. Layer of large-sized refractory material with lump sizes of 20.0-50.0 mm is laid onto inert filler. Overflow wall is positioned in side wall of combustion chamber at the level above layer of refractory material. Overflow wall is connected to vessel for collecting excessive inert filler. Construction of apparatus provides for efficiency of up to 95-98%. EFFECT: increased efficiency by complete burning of fuel, provision for burning of different kinds of solid fuels, improved ecology control, simple and safe maintenance and reduced dimensions. 1 dwg
