GUIDED MISSILE Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

Abstract RU 2184341 C1

FIELD: artillery ammunition. SUBSTANCE: guided missile has a control compartment with a control equipment, communication card and a setting unit with selector switches, current lead with electric contacts on the end face of the control compartment, missile compartment consisting of a warhead, fuse with electric contacts and an electric igniter, and a fuse current lead connected to the current lead of the control compartment. The current lead with the electric contacts is combined with the communication card, and rigidly fastened in an annular groove around the fuse, on the front end face of the warhead is a block made in the form of a ring of insulating material with holes, installed in whose sockets are spring-loaded contacts soldered to an annular printed circuit board fastened on the block and insulated from the warhead. The spring-loaded contacts are arranged in a circle, concentrically to the diameter of the joining surface of the warhead and the control compartment. They accommodate the electric contacts of the communication card. The annular printed circuit board of the block is connected to the fuse current lead by a multiwire strip conductor. The fuse current lead is made in the form of a printed circuit board with bonded holes and bonding pads around them and rigidly fastened on the ends of the fuse electric contacts with the aid of screws with a conducting corrosion-resistant coating. Made on the joining surface of the control compartment and warhead is a longitudinal guide groove accommodating a pin rigidly secured on the joining surface of the warhead. Catchers are installed on the end face of the control compartment, they are precisely oriented in the nominal arrangement relative to the guide groove and electric contacts of the communication card and positioned in the respective holes of the block, the length of the catchers exceeds the length of the electric contacts by 2-3 mm. Besides, the fuse electric igniter of the warhead is electrically connected to the control equipment via the communication card and the selector switch of the setting unit. EFFECT: simplified construction, reduced labor content, enhanced rate of fire and safety in service. 3 cl, 4 dwg
