FIELD: construction engineering, particularly, construction and operation of structures on plate foundation located on nonuniformly compressed base. SUBSTANCE: novelty consists in that adaptation process and measuring channels are made in plate body, transducers are installed, ground physical and mechanical characteristics are controlled, consolidating and and packing solutions are injected by injection system to zones with low compaction of base, repeated compaction is performed to attain module of total deformation exceeding that in base of building end opposite to inclination occurred in process of its erection with attaining of stabilized settling of building after correction of base. EFFECT: uniform settling of entire foundation area during construction and in operation by adaptation of plate foundation to varying characteristics of ground base. 5 cl, 7 dwg
