FIELD: oil production; applicable in control of operation of deep-well sucker-rod pumps. SUBSTANCE: device has transducer of sucker-rod motion installed at wellhead, recording instrument, deep-well transducer of motion of sucker-rod pump plunger consisting of nonmagnetic pipe located above sucker-rod pump in the form of insert into tubing string, circular permanent magnet attached to sucker rod in zone of nonmagnetic pipe. Uniformly installed along nonmagnetic pipe, on its external surface, are magneto-sensitive members. Depth cable is laid over external surface of tubing string. Recording instrument is presented by XY recorder with two inputs. Connected to one input is output of rod motion transducer installed at wellhead, and connected to the other input via successively connected pulse shaper, reversible pulse counter and D/A converter is output of deep-well transducer of motion of sucker-rod pump plunger. Simultaneously registered on diagram tape of recorder are motion of sucker rod of pumping unit and motion of plunger of sucker-rod pump. Parameters of motion of sucker-rod pump plunger are determined by formed Lissajous figures. EFFECT: extended functional potentialities. 1 dwg
