FIELD: pulse-time converters; mixed-signal measuring devices and computers. SUBSTANCE: proposed pulse-width modulator is characterized in that output PWM signal is demodulated in its feedback circuit with time division of conversion process stages thereby eliminating error caused by lack of coincidence of actual resistor values. To this end modulator is provided with buses of scanning and three standard signals; integration adder formed by first, second, third, and fourth resistors 7-10, and also by first switch 11, first capacitor 12, and first operational amplifier 13; second and third switches 14, 15; fifth resistor 16; second capacitor 17; second operational amplifier 18; storage-retrieval device 19; comparator 20; pulse distributor 21.
