FIELD: polymers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polyolefinic composition used for preparing films subjected for heat welding and exhibiting a regulating tearing strength value. The composition comprises from 20 to 50 wt. % of low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene or copolymer of ethylene-vinyl acetate at the melt rate flow value above 0.3 g/10 min., from 50 to 80 wt. % of statistical copolymer of propylene with ethylene and C4-C8-α--olefin and from 1 to 20 wt.% of elastomeric olefin polymer. Prepared compositions provide to obtain minimally admissible strength tearing values at significantly lower welding temperature values.
