FIELD: package for cigarettes and small traveling articles. SUBSTANCE: cigarette package has casing and body member arranged inside casing so as to be moved in two directions. Body member has two departments, one department being adapted for receiving cigarettes and other department for casing with matches. According to first embodiment of the invention, said other department incorporates inserted figures, which may be used as pieces for playing chess, and teeth cleaning pins and/or parts for pinning up sandwiches. One surface of casing is provided with marks defining 64-cell field forming chess-board. Each cell is equipped with opening for inserting chess piece or match. According to second embodiment, other department is adapted for receiving writing means. Outer surfaces of body member are lined up to allow user make writings or alternatively sheets of paper are attached to one of outer surfaces so as to be successively torn off. EFFECT: wider range of usages, simplified and compact construction and convenient employment under continuous vehicle shaking conditions. 34 cl, 9 dwg
