FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves partially narrowing urethra lumen by creating compression with autograft taken from femoral broad fascia. The fascia is conducted around the urethra like a loop. Free fascia ends are taken outside. Transverse skin incision is made on the inferior scrotum pole. Two canals are formed from a perineal incision. The canals come together in the surgical ureter wound. The free fascia ends are pulled through the canals. The free fascia ends are sutured with nonresolvable suture material. incisions on the scrotum surface are sutured. EFFECT: adjustable urethra compression.
