FIELD: parapharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: biologically active food additive for prophylaxis of kidneys disease is prepared on base of ptarmiganberry and bilberry leaves, and auxiliary substances including sugar. The additive additionally contains citric acid, oat, infusion of knot weed herb, nettle extract, leaves of bilberry and ptarmiganberry in the form of their decoction at the following ratio, g: decoction of ptarmiganberry leaves, 0.002; decoction of bilberry leaves, 0.01; infusion of knot weed herb, 0.002; nettle extract, 0.01; citric acid, 0.005; oat, 0.1; auxiliary substances including sugar, the balance up to 55 g.
