SUBSTANCE: the contact fuse has an initiation circuit and a safety- actuator mechanism with an inertia element sensitive to the forces of longitudinal and lateral acceleration and kinematically linked with a pivot-run clock mechanism, primer detonator and a blocking device, the inertia element is made in the form of a disk-type rotor eccentrically fastened in a frame designed for rotation about the device longitudinal axis, the disk-type rotor is installed for rotation relative to the axis perpendicular to the device longitudinal axis, and its center of mass is shifted relative to the axis of its rotation in the direction of action of the forces of longitudinal acceleration.
