First plate has aperture and is designed for dissipating sound waves emitted by loudspeaker unit. First plate is placed in loudspeaker case and second one is fixed in position above aperture in first plate. Spherical loudspeaker case is available of various design forms for accommodating loudspeakers relative to mentioned apertures and plates to ensure 360 deg. sound directivity.
