FIELD: explosives. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dismantling missiles and can be used for granulation of fusible explosive compositions with solid inclusions, in particular trinitrotoluene- hexogen mixtures. Method is characterized by feeding melt onto heated rotating receiving surface, passing it between this surface and cooled rotating surface resulting in crystallization of melt, whereupon solidified product is removed from the cooled rotating surface. Apparatus has melt-supply mechanism, cooler- enclosing drum mounted under the latter, blade, solidified product collector, and heated rotating roller and humidifier both disposed under drum, said roller being spaced from drum surface by a gap δ with deviation from vertical drum axis in direction of drum rotation, whereas melt-supply mechanism is disposed under the roller with gap Δ and deviated from vertical roller axis in direction of roller rotation. The roller is constructed in the form of two coaxial tubes, in the internal one of which through holes are made all over the trend. EFFECT: improved quality of solidified product. 3 cl, 3 dwg
