Indicated composition comprises, wt.%: polyethylene glycol esters of synthetic primary saturated alcohols of C_12-14-fraction, 15-20 with 10 moles of ethylene oxide; diethanolamides based on saturated acids of C_10-13-fraction, 2-5; mono- or diethylene glycol, 30-40; carboxymethylcellulose sodium, 0.75-1; 4,4'-dichloro-2-hydroxy- -diphenyl ester of the formula: , 0.3-0.6; perfume, 0.2 and water, the balance.
