FIELD: archeology. SUBSTANCE: at high-temperature up to 1000 C treatment of osteological material in dynamic mode and pyrolysis of organic component of bone takes place; amount of this component depends on residence time in loose deposits. Accurate measurement of losses of mass in dynamic mode makes it possible to determine quantitative fraction of organic component of bone material which is subjected to pyrolysis first. EFFECT: simplification of method; low cost of method.
