SUBSTANCE: functional state of peripheral blood T- lymphocytes is evaluated in leukocytic migration test at the presence of 5 mcg azathioprin at cellular dosage being 5-6×105 and at the index value of leukocytic migration oppression being above 50% the normal state of T- immunity is determined at no indications for its correction, and at its value being below 50% it is possible to establish immune deficiency and indication for immunocorrection.
