SUBSTANCE: device has a square-wave generator, counter, display unit, precision generator of reference-frequency quadrature harmonic signals, pulse shaper, digital synchronization phase control digital unit, as well as two buffer registers, two digital second-order 22R filters, two arithmetic adder-subtractors, two time division multiplexers and a microprocessor set with input and output data registers, data processing unit, microprogram control unit and a sync generator. The digital 22R filters are realized according to the conveyer-type circuit. EFFECT: expanded functional potentialities consisting in identification of additional parameters and enhanced operativeness of adaptive correction of dynamic characteristics of radio channels with digital phase modulators. 3 dwg
