SUBSTANCE: the antiseptic material has a wide fraction of heavy gas oil of intensive catalytic cracking distilled off within 140 to 500 C, as well as a residue of light thermal cracking distilled off within 380 to 540 C serving as a regulator of solidification temperature of the antiseptic material. The relationship of the components in the composition of the antiseptic material provides for a drop of solidification temperature down to -10 to 35 C.
