FIELD: foundry, possibly preparation of sand-clayey molding sands including carbon-containing materials. SUBSTANCE: molding composition includes the following ingredients, mas.%: base - milled coal, bitumen with softening temperature 90-140 C, 10.0-40.0; technical-grade carbon, 4.0-10.0; bentonite, 2.0-4.0; non-ionogenic surfactant, 0.002-0.02. Pickup proofness of composition is provided by presence of technical-grade carbon and high yield of bright carbon from combination of bitumen and coal. Technical grade carbon also provides absence of tendency to caking at transportation. Surfactant provides sedimentation stability of aqueous suspension of material.
