FIELD: production of concrete articles, decorative boards, pavements. SUBSTANCE: concrete mix includes portland cement M500, quartz sand, crushed stone, water and ground dispersed-reinforcing filler. It presents a combined mixture of ground together dispersed-reinforcing filler to fraction of 0-1.0 mm, porous filler to fraction of 0-1.0 mm and alumina cement with their fraction ratio of 0.33:1.25:1. Concrete mix has the following ratio of components, wt. %: portland cement M500, 1429; quartz sand, 10-14; crushed stone, 30-46; said combined mixture, 7-20; water, the balance.
