Water-based fluid contains, wt %: alkali or alkali- earth metal chloride 0-50, organic solvent (alcohols, glycols, ethers, acetone, or hydrocarbons) 0.1-10, inhibiting salt 0.1- 10, and, additionally, water-soluble surfactant 0.1-3.
