FIELD: hardware for information science and computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: system that may be used for solving resource allocation problems in economics, as well as for memory allocation in computers, multicomputer systems, and computer networks affords sequential polling of redundant resources of each localized center, summing of homogeneous resources, allocation of lacking resource to each localized center. Each localized center generates excess of resources and also submits list of resources needed by localized center. Allocation system allocates resources out of their total amount among localized centers according to their need. Resource allocation may be made either in usual mode (without priorities) of on priority basis. EFFECT: enlarged range of problems solved, simplified operating algorithm. 9 dwg, 1 tbl
