FIELD: poultry farming. SUBSTANCE: waterer has casing, water flow regulator mounted in casing channel and having base with three-staged cylindrical channel, seat located in larger diameter stage of cylindrical channel, valve equipped with guide and head, which are engageable with pusher and casing internal surface. Pusher has conical head resting upon seat located in intermediate stage of base. Casing may be made in the form of elongated square section pipe extending through row of bird keeping cages. EFFECT: increased efficiency, enhanced reliability in operation, prolonged service life of valve unit and improved cage keeping conditions for birds. 7 cl, 1 dwg
