FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: sprinkler has column, feeding hose and slit-type nozzle made in the form of casing and movable head with slits, which may be aligned one with respect to another. Casing has stop projection provided with through channel. Symmetrically arranged channel is positioned in opposite end of slit with stop projection. Both channels are equipped with spiral notches. Sprinkler operates in irrigation mode providing adjustable width of moistened soil strip and in mist sprinkling mode for relief of temperature stress during dry periods, for winterkilling control at frosty periods, as well as for applying toxic chemical to control crop destroying insects.
