FIELD: military equipment, in particular, war components of cannon artillery shells and rocket projectiles of salvo-fire systems, applicable in development of self-sighted war components and separated warheads. SUBSTANCE: the war component has a warhead, instrument section and a parachute system, the instrument section is provided with a retainer, the body of the warhead has two grooves for the retainer, and the center of mass of the war component is shifted relative to the longitudinal axis in the radial direction, the instrument section and the warhead are fastened by means of a hinge, which carries the steering gear in the form of a torsional-compression spring, the hinge, retainer and the grooves are shifted relative to the longitudinal axis of the war component oppositely the center of mass by 0.06 to 0.27 of its caliber, the grooves are positioned symmetrically relative to the plane of the hinge shift.
