FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method includes the treatment of rose cuttings by wetting them in a solution as a mixture of an aqueous solution of poly-N-vinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and potassium salt of triazinetricarboxylic acid (Kubaxin) at the following ratio of components, wt.%: PVP, 0.0001- 0.0002; Kubaxin, 0.002-0.012; water, the balance. Moreover, rose cutting are cut during blossoming period and treated with an aqueous solution of a certain preparation by dipping them onto the depth of 3 cm followed by soaking in aqueous PVP solution at desired concentration for 12 h. The method enables to increase raw mass and volume of roots in growing rose cuttings. EFFECT: higher rooting in rose cuttings. 1 tbl
