SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of synthesis of liquid polyurethanes with terminal epoxy groups that can be used as a binding agent for glues, sealing agents, coverings of different functional designation used in building and other branches of industry. Invention describes a method of synthesis of liquid polyurethane polymers with terminal epoxy groups by interaction of propylene oxide compound with toluylenediisocyanate and the following treatment of formed prepolymer with glycidol at stirring in the presence of dibutyltin salt of saturated synthetic acids of C₁₀-C₁₃-fraction or dibutyltin salt of C₁₂-lauric acid as a stabilizing agent, citric acid or aerosil and the following interaction with 2-ethylhexanol in the presence of magnesium oxide as a catalyst. Invention ensures to synthesize liquid polyurethane with terminal epoxy groups that can be solidified under atmosphere conditions. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis, valuable properties. 3 tbl
