HYDRAULIC DISTRIBUTOR OF POWERED MINE SUPPORT Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices distributing working fluid in hydraulic systems of powered supports employed in underground coal mining. Hydraulic distributor includes pusher with drive, body with pressure, working and discharge conduits, bushing housing spring-loaded control valve meant to feed working fluid, combined elastic seals in movable couplings to separate conduits which are mounted for constant contact with sealed surfaces. Control valve has annular groove to connect conduits and open internal chamber joined by radial windows. Immobile bushing shutting off radial windows when hydraulic distributor is switched on is installed inside chamber. Outer surface of control valve controls pressure and working conduits and inner surface of it controls discharge conduit. EFFECT: reduced usage of metal and dimensions of hydraulic distributor, increased functional reliability and diminished labor input to process of manufacture of hydraulic distributor. 1 dwg
