FIELD: construction engineering and building materials; applicable in construction, in enclosing structures of residential, public and industrial buildings. SUBSTANCE: three-layer wall panel consists of external and internal reinforced concrete layers between which intermediate warmth-keeping layer is located. Concrete layers are interconnected by flexible ties. Three-layer wall panel has a window opening. Upper horizontal end of external concrete layer forms rain ridge with α angle of inclination of its working surface equaling 40-50 deg, and lower horizontal end of external concrete layer has a projection in the form of tooth with β angle of inclination of its working surface equaling 55-65 deg. Warmth-keeping intermediate layer is made in the form of composite core from polyurethane foam plates edged with semirigid mineral wool members over outer and inner perimeters. Width S of each mineral wool member equals to 0.5-2.2 of thickness L1 of composite core. Upper end of internal concrete layer is deflected downward relative to upper ends of opposite ridge of external concrete layer and composite core through value T1 equaling 0.9-4.0 of thickness L2 of internal concrete layer. Lower end of internal concrete layer is also deflected downward relative to lower end of tooth of concrete external layer through value T2 equaling 0.35-0.45 of thickness L2 of internal concrete layer. EFFECT: higher quality and accuracy of manufactured articles of prefabricated concrete and reinforced concrete, elimination of cold bridges in joints between adjacent enclosing panels, increased rigidity of building structures, higher seismic stability and prolonged serviced life of buildings. 3 cl, 8 dwg
