Invention proposes analgetic, spasmolytic, anti-inflammatory agent characterized by that it presents pharmaceutical composition comprising spasmolytic component and/or at least one non-narcotic analgetic, alkaloid of purine order, barbiturate as sedative component taken among the group: phenobarbital, pentobarbital, cyclobarbital and at least one compound taken among nonsteroid anti-inflammatory agents: ibuprofen, ortophen, indometacin, piroxicam, ketoprofen, meloxicam, nabumetone and/or its mixture with agonist of opioid receptors. Proposed combined preparation arrests pain of practically any etiology. Preparation shows prolonged analgetic and spasmolytic effect and expressed anti-inflammatory effect. Adverse effects of this preparation, for example, dyspeptic symptoms, vertigo, epigastralgia are less expressed in using this preparation.
