FIELD: metallurgy, particularly, alloying compositions for smelting of magnetically hard alloys; applicable in smelting of cobalt-containing alloys and alloys without cobalt. SUBSTANCE: alloying composition contains nickel, copper, iron, manganese and sulfur, and is distinguished by additional content of aluminum and carbon. Alloying composition contains the following ratio of components, mas. %: aluminum, 0.2-3.0; copper, 0.5-12.5; iron, 0.5-5.0; manganese, 0.03-0.5; sulfur, 0.4-22.5; carbon, 0.02-1.5; nickel, the balance. EFFECT: reduced cost price and extended field of application of alloying composition without impairing of magnetic properties of magnets from said alloys. 2 tbl
