FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves enterally taking preparations of adsorbing, enveloping and antacid activity. The preparations showing adsorbing, enveloping and antacid activity are taken in lateral lying position at 37-40 C with following series of turns by 90 deg to the left until the initial position is assumed. Each posture is to be retained for at least 10 s. The preparation is taken at a dose of that is not to be less than one calculated from formula V= 1000*S (ml), where S is the internal stomach surface area in m2 determined by means of X-ray stomach examination performed in vertical patient position in direct projection with one swallow of contrasting agent. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
