FIELD: storing of liquids, such as motor oils. SUBSTANCE: pourout device for container has first rear section and second front section and means holding said device in contact with container. In first drainstop position second section is in hermetic connection with container while in operation, when first section is pressed on, at least of second section is displaced from first drainstop position into second pourout position. Flexible joint is formed between first and second section. Return of first section into initial position makes second section again acquire first drainstop position. Proposed pourout device is preferably used for filling oil into vehicle engine. Device is furnished with opening indicator. According to invention, pourout device can be used to control rate of oil flowing out of container. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 28 cl, 17 dwg
