FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology. SUBSTANCE: one should perform the complex of pyeloisotherapy, tubages, purgation depending upon dyskinesia type. At prevalence of hypermotor disorders one should prescribe keloid application onto "broad lumbar" area at 36-37 C for 20-25 min. It should be alternated with applications at 40-42 C in a day. At prevalence of hypomotor disorders in 1st, 4th, 7th and 10th procedures, mud applications at 40-42 C are carried out at patient's position on his/her right side along with preliminary intake of 40 ml 25%- magnesium sulfate followed by intestinal irrigations. During the 2nd, 3d, 5th, 6th, 8th and 9th procedures pyeloisotherapy is carried out at 36-37 C at patient's position "on his/her back". It is, also, prescribed the inner intake of chloride- sulfate-magnesiumsodium mineral water thrice daily 30 min before meals. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 1 ex, 1 tbl
