SUBSTANCE: device intended for observing remote objects and measuring range to them by means of laser pulses has finder channel assembled of optically coupled lens, spot mark shaping device, optical module, and eyepiece; range-finder radiating channel incorporating first radiator, first shaping system, and first verification system; range-finder receiving channel incorporating finder-channel lens, channel division system in the form of movable mirror mounted for inserting finder channel in optical section between lens and optical module for matching optical system and photodetector unit; lens illuminating channel incorporating optically coupled second radiator, second shaping system, and finder-channel lens; and display system optically coupled with eyepiece. Optical module has narrow-field-of- vision day channel, wide-field-of-vision day channel, each of these channels being made in the form of lens turning system; and night vision channel made in the form of image amplifier; all three channels are installed in rotary ring mount having three stop positions in optical section of finder channel.
