DRIER WITH PNEUMATIC TUBES Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: temporary storage or drying of thrashed heap, coarsely comminuted mass of cereal, fodder, industrial and other crops. SUBSTANCE: drier includes one or several pneumatic tubes with hoppers, air distribution screen, diffuser, unloading window with gate mounted on foundation with use of supports. Pneumatic tubes are connected by collector to heat ventilation plant. The latter includes combustion chamber which is formed by inner surface of cylindrical heat exchanger and communicates with chimney carrying spark trap. Combustion chamber houses fuel injector. Space between outer wall of cylindrical heat exchanger and outer enclosure of heat ventilation plant on one face side communicates with atmosphere and on the other side it is connected to collector with the help of ventilation unit. Electric fan with screening cock is installed inside it. Chimney is connected to ventilation unit by means of branch pipe with spark trap. Smoke gate is mounted above point of joint of branch pipe to chimney. EFFECT: widened functional capabilities of drier with reduced consumption of fuel and electric energy for drying process. 1 dwg
