FIELD: medicine and cosmetology for preparation of new pharmaceutical and cosmetic compositions with antiacne-activity. SUBSTANCE: compositions contain (a) antimicrobial hydrophilic extract Krameria sp. or clean composition from said extract and/or antimicrobial lipophilic extract Mesua ferrea; (b) xymenin and/or lauric acid; (c) antiinflammatory saponins extracted from Olax dissitiflora, Aesculus hippcastanum, Centella asiatica, Terminalia sericea, Glycyrrhiza glabra. Application of claimed cream allows to obtain almost disappearance of acne and prevent their growth. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 1 tbl
