SUBSTANCE: method involves stages of addition of very solid binding component with penetration index less 50 ddm to a mixture of nonemulsified very soft binding component with viscosity index less 300 mPa.s (at 100 C) and filling agent at temperature less 140 C. Solid binding component is bitumen. Invention provides good stability with respect to filling agent exfoliation, good indices of gauge-formation and resistance to wear. Invention provides method of producing asphalt composite without small and dust-like fractions, i. e crushed material with hollows comprising above 10% and up to 30%.
