FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant has feed unit in form of hoppers with controlled gates, system of conveyors, drying set with charging and discharging devices, not dry mixture sectional accumulating hopper with charging and discharging devices, metering out device and mixer. Feed hopper gate control system is provided with time relays. Drying set consists of separate pipes uniformly spaced over circumference. Each pipe has V-shaped cutout at side of charging. Charging funnel is rigidly connected with cutout. Electric heaters are installed lengthwise each pipe. Charging device of sectional accumulating hopper is made in form of receiving funnel with controlled gates arranged over each section of hopper. EFFECT: simplified design, improved conditions of labor, no adverse effect on environment. 12 dwg
