SUBSTANCE: time relay has series-connected current transformer, switch, ac-to-regulated dc voltage converter, clock generator, binary pulse counter, first decoder, first pulse shaper, first amplifier, and first final element; series-connected second decoder, second pulse shaper, second amplifier, and second final element; series-connected third decode, third pulse shaper, third amplifier, and third final element; output of pulse frequency divider is connected to clock inputs of first and second pulse shapers; output of binary pulse counter is connected to inputs of second and third decoders; inverting outputs of first and second pulse shapers are connected to enable inputs of second and third pulse shapers, respectively.
