An enhanced level of secrecy is attained by introduction of an additional input to the code comparison unit and two additional outputs to the code receiving unit. The quantity of the inputs in the second group of selector inputs is increased relative to the quantity of its outputs at least by unity. New couplings exist between the functional units.
