SUBSTANCE: method of agglutination immunological analysis reaction carrying oninvolves dilution of hydrosol preparations and biological material samples to be tested in aqueous saline solution. Saline solutions of metals of 11-th group of the main subgroup of Mendeleyev's periodic system are used as a solution. Invention provides the developed deviceless express-method for assay of the presence and species of antibodies and antigens allowing to reduce time required for analysis carrying on in determination of disease prognosis and correction of treatment and also allowing to expanse raw basis for analysis of this species.
