SUBSTANCE: adaptive recording circuit has discriminator for discriminating value of current input-data label and values of front and/or rear intervals; generator for controlling waveform of record-pulse signal in compliance with current value of input data label and values of front and/or rear time intervals so as to generate adaptive record pulse; and excitation device for exciting light source by converting adaptive record pulse into current signal depending on excitation power level for respective channels. Width of first and/or last pulses of record-pulse signal waveform are varied according to value of current label of no-reset inversion coded input data and value of front and/or rear intervals thereby minimizing jitter and raising reliability and efficiency of system.
