SUBSTANCE: composition for oxidizing coloring of keratin fibers, particularly, hair, contains one oxidized base in medium acceptable for coloring, one color-forming agent selected from substituted metadiphenol, and one enzyme of oxydoreductase with two electrodes in presence of one donor for said enzyme. Proposed composition does not contain additional color-forming agents from amount of substituted metaphenylenediamines. Invention also deals with method of coloring with application of said composition, and a set for oxidizing coloring which contains sections for composition ingredients.
